Description & Requirements
You will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day engineering work, supervision of work progress and co-ordination of various activities at our construction projects.
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' site working experience in project coordination for building projects ranging from commercial high-rise to residential and retail structures;
- Able to liaise and co-ordinate with the employers, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers for developing construction details, monitoring site progress and conducting site co-ordination works;
- Experience in structural work co-ordination will be an advantage;
- Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage;
- Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Building Engineer.
